Our Team

Chelsea Schrunk Crivello, LICSW

I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and life transitions and have extensive training in trauma-focused methods, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through the International Association EMDRIA. I am nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and I utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a foundation for personal growth and self-understanding.

As a queer person, I have a special interest in working with LGBTQ+ folks and have experience writing letters for gender affirming care.

With a trauma lens, I tend to dive into what's truly underneath. Therapy can take time! AND as an action-oriented person, expect to take home tools to help you in the day-to-day and goals/homework for you to focus on while I'm not around. I enjoy working with a range of ages as long as it fits within my specialty.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m usually surrounded by my favorite people and creatures—my wife, our newest addition, Baby Jack (who joined us last summer), and our lively crew of two dogs and two cats.

Creativity is where I let myself be imperfect on purpose—whether I’m making delightfully wobbly pottery, knitting pieces with uneven edges, or practicing embroidery (which often ends with tangled thread and a few accidental needle pokes).

As a trauma therapist, I also value staying grounded through movement, and yoga is one of my favorite ways to reconnect with myself and the mind-body relationship. I LOVE learning and am often the person saying, “I just heard this great thing…”—whether it’s a new intervention, a fascinating fact, or a quote from another therapist or helping professional. Conferences, new books, and thought-provoking podcasts keep me endlessly inspired

My caseload is currently full, but I encourage you to connect with one of our talented clinicians who currently have openings!

Founder, Therapist, Clinical Supervisor

Greta Carlson, MA

Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. You might be navigating anxiety, perfectionism, complex or acute trauma, stress, or a sense of uncertainty about who you are or where you’re headed. Therapy with me can be a place to pause, breathe, make sense of what’s getting in the way, and create space for something to shift. I’m authentic and down-to-earth, and I sometimes use humor or light sarcasm in session when it fits the moment.

I integrate various therapeutic modalities using a person-centered lens. Therapy with me is collaborative and creative - supporting insight into your internal world, emotional awareness, and relationships. I support adults, adolescents, and children using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and other trauma-informed practices, depending on the client’s needs. I believe EMDR  pairs beautifully with IFS/parts work and other modalities to support client-paced and integrative healing.

Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible. You can usually find me hiking, chasing sunsets, crocheting a blanket, or finding any excuse to be near water. I am always on the lookout for new local trails, cozy coffee shops, and small everyday adventures. I value connection, humor, and authenticity – messiness, imperfections, and all!
